We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive commercial success and elevate our presence in the nutraceutical market. Key Responsibilities: To develop and expand strategic partnerships with key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers Drive new business growth by leveraging your existing network and opening high-value commercial opportunities To lead the full business development cycle – from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planning To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies To translate scientific and technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions You will be responsible for managing contracts, commercial terms, and performance optimization across partnership lifecycles. Additionally, you will support international expansion through new market development and strategic alliances. You will also represent the business at leading industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and network reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong book of business and established relationships with brand owners, CMOs/CDMOs, and major consumer health companies. They should have proven success selling key nutraceutical dosage forms – tablets, capsules, softgels, and gummys.
