DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Research and identify new business opportunities or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Meet with the 3PLs and develop long-lasting relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with new and current providers.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies considering cost and continuous improvements.
- Work with data to evaluate different scenarios for delivering efficiency considering the process, logistics and transport areas.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience in sourcing with a significant understanding of logistics service providers and transport operations.
- Previous experience leading negotiations and renegotiation of contracts.
- Great communication and writing skills to build effective relationships and influence decision making.
- Intermediate English level for communicating with regional teams.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
