A Amazon está buscando uma pessoa motivada para desenvolver soluções inovadoras e gerenciar nossa rede de transportes composta por transportadoras parceiras. Como Especialista em Transportes, você terá que:

  • Gerir a operação de coleta e entrega de pacotes de Marketplace;
  • Gerir, analisar e melhorar as métricas de performance;
  • Apresentar métricas para clientes internos e externos;
  • Analisar forecast de transporte para entender eventuais ajustes na cadeia;
  • Gerir problemas diários junto às transportadoras de forma colaborativa e construtiva, identificar oportunidades de melhoria no processo de ponta a ponta e identificar melhorias na área;
  • Estabelecer fluída comunicação com as áreas envolvidas na operação para entender processos upstream e downstream e/ou necessidades tecnológicas críticas para a execução bem-sucedida das metas do programa;
  • Buscar continuamente a melhoria dos processos e desobstruir gargalos. Manter e atualizar toda a documentação / diretórios utilizados para garantir a conformidade e acompanhamento efetivo;
  • Comunicação com clientes externos (transportadoras, vendedores) e clientes internos;
  • Gerar e analisar relatórios, queries, dashboards;
  • Suportar na análise e definição de tempos de trânsito, tabelas de tarifas de frete, custos operacionais e desempenho.

Basic Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
