Key job responsibilities
- Own metrics for Seller Self-shipment mode.
- Work close to FC and Ops Support teams to ensure process, SLAs and improvements.
- Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements.
- Set up performance management mechanisms and track the operations performance on a day to day basis.
- Partner with key stakeholders like operations, transportation and commercial to get the best solution possible for the chain.
