Business Intelligence Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to drive strategic decision-making across various functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and supporting business performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights: Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and teams. Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity in issue resolution and project delivery. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement, proposing solutions to optimize business outcomes. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports using internal systems and BI tools, providing critical business information to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Language Skills: Advanced English language proficiency. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, or related fields. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, data visualization/BI tools, and excellent communication skills. Personal Qualities: Proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
