Strategic Business Insights Specialist We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that support data-informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business performance through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc data queries to drive informed decision making. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements. Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources, and build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategy and identify opportunities for growth. Develop models and forecasts to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis. For this role, we seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role. Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with data visualization tools, and excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
