**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a **Wellbeing Engagement Analyst **to our **Wellbeing Engagement** team in** São Paulo**
This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for creating communication and engagement campaigns for our existing clients and launches. As a WE Analyst in this position you will be expected to support planning of our launches for medium enterprise clients and executing the actions planned, understanding client profile together with Sales, Client Success and Client Internal Communication department. This position will work closely with Sales and CS executives and our WE launch leader in Brazil. **YOUR IMPACT**:
- Monitoring end to end launch process of customers from 500 to 5K FTEs (Full Time Employees);
- Participate in the internal alignment meeting related to customer arrival, gathering all information needed;
- Participate in the alignment meeting with the client, understanding audiences and communication channels to create a launch plan;
- Create and present the launch plan to the client;
- Validate and keep track on pre-launch, during and closing of the launch: Gympass webinar scheduling, training with HR, etc.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Intermediary English;
- Google tools knowledge (Sheets and Slides);
- Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (is a plus);
- Resilience to work in an faast paced environment with changes and different scenarios;
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace;
- Good writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinars;
- Projects critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystem;
- Owner mentality and proactivity is key for this role;
- Creative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution;
- Be willing to help make wellbeing universal.
