Your Day-to-Day Full‑Cycle Recruitment – manage end‑to‑end hiring across technical and non‑technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – leverage automation tools and global networks to attract top talent. Candidate Experience – ensure seamless, high‑touch interactions to strengthen Bitfinex’s reputation. Innovative Recruitment Practices – explore new tools, sourcing methods, and trends to optimize efficiency. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – align hiring needs with business objectives. Data‑Driven Decision Making – use analytics and KPIs to track success and refine strategies. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, covering both Technical and Non‑Technical roles. Global recruitment background, able to source and engage talent across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS, and passive candidate engagement. Experience in fast‑paced environments and a data‑driven mindset. Willingness to work across CET timezone or flexible as needed. Preferred: prior experience in Cryptocurrency or Blockchain space.
