3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business performance, define requirements, and drive cross‑department collaboration to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and external partners to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion and retention, and enhance overall business efficiency. This role will evolve into a leadership position, with future responsibilities including mentoring a BA team and shaping company‑wide BA standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze business performance across verticals (casino, sportsbook, marketing, operations) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and document business and functional requirements for new platform features. Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and manuals (e.g., Confluence). Analyze player behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to support acquisition, retention, and monetization decisions. Collaborate with third‑party providers and platform partners to optimize integrations and feature adoption. Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking, ensuring visibility into business metrics. Query and interpret data (SQL, spreadsheets, analytics tools) to support decision‑making. Conduct market and competitor research to identify strategic product and promotional opportunities. Lead and mentor a BA team, ensuring alignment with company BA best practices. Requirements Strong analytical and business mindset; comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize KPIs. Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Brazilian market. Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience working with remote/offshore development teams. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in SQL, Excel‑type tools, and analytics platforms. Fluency in English and Portuguese. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related fields. Preferred 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in iGaming or with B2B providers.
