About the Role The Workforce Solutions Expert will manage the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests, serving as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with a customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers. Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts. Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success. Maintain a service-focused approach, delivering a high-quality experience to all stakeholders. Utilize and provide training on MSP tool such as Beeline and applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, maintaining adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Support reporting, analytics, and client-specific initiatives as assigned.
