Workforce Specialist Role Our organization is a leading provider of workforce solutions and managed service operations. We partner with clients to streamline contingent workforce management, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure program compliance. Our mission is to deliver operational excellence through technology-driven solutions, industry expertise, and exceptional service quality across all facets of workforce delivery. Job Responsibilities Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers. Support large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts. Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success. Key Performance Indicators: Maintain a customer-focused approach, delivering high-quality results to all stakeholders. Utilize and provide training on workforce tools and applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, maintaining adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a business-related field.
