Near is a startup focused on bridging the gap between remote Latin American talent and companies hiring in the US and abroad. Our team spans 20+ members across four different countries. We've landed numerous great customers and have helped hundreds of people from LatAm improve their lives and wallets with jobs at US companies. We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team. This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a highly competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission. If you can source and qualify leads effectively, you'll make a lot of money. Responsibilities Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets Expand revenue originated from existing accounts Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting. Close inbound leads Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Leverage our existing network to get referrals Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends. Become an expert in the staffing industry. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Native-like English level Demonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time. A proactive mindset : always pursuing your next goal. Motivated by commission and career growth. Track record of exceeding quota as SDR. Traits that Would Make You a Strong Fit Proactive. Optimistic and positive. Intense, driving, and impatient (with regard to results and getting work done). Pay attention to detail when necessary.
