Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Operation Analysis, including budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, end-to-end strategy formulation, and performance management.
2. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles; compile business operation reports; identify key signals and strategic opportunities; initiate timely discussions to reach consensus; provide guidance for business development.
3. Utilize management tools (targets, resources, indicators, performance) to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive achievement of business objectives.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of Brazil market's local lifestyle and e-commerce, with experience in developing new businesses from 0 to 1.
2. Extensive experience in budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, and performance management; strong data analysis skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
3. Strong strategic planning, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and resource integration skills; able to promote teamwork and drive implementation of commerce strategies.
4. Results-oriented, self-driven, adaptable to market uncertainties; able to apply experiences across fields and drive innovation.

Position Overview: Design and lead the technical architecture of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions; develop customizations, integrations, and extensions using AL and BC development tools; participate in NAV/BC version upgrades and migrations; collaborate with cross-functional teams; ensure solution quality and go-live support; mentor junior developers.

What you’ll do:

1. Design and lead the technical architecture of NAV/Business Central solutions.
2. Develop customizations, integrations, and extensions using AL and standard BC development tools.
3. Participate in NAV/BC version upgrades and migrations, maintaining system integrity.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
5. Ensure solution quality through code reviews, documentation, and best-practice adherence.
6. Support go-live processes and post-implementation stabilization; guide junior developers.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
3. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL; 5+ years with SSRS.
4. Strong familiarity with AL language, Visual Studio Code, and RDLC reporting.
5. Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
6. Advanced English required for collaboration with US clients.
