We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our marketing operations with efficiency and attention to detail. This is a 100% remote position, with compensation ranging from USD 700–900/month (PJ).


Requisitos:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization of marketing events (planning, logistics, coordination).
  • Manage inventory and control of marketing materials.
  • Support accounts payable processes using Conta Azul platform.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with financial/ERP platforms (experience with Conta Azul is a plus).
