Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry

Sweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers who are ready to move to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great, and we need to inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Your job will be to find suitable candidates and build trust with them.

You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. We also have a Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation.

We offer a range of benefits, including visa and work permit arrangements, housing, and travel expenses. Our clients are primarily in the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, and more.

Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in various countries. You will be part of a team characterized by a joy for helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.

Required competence includes at least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, a solid network of local engineering talent, and upper intermediate English. You should also be service-oriented, flexible, and have knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.

  • Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented, with a flexible mindset.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work.

Extent and Duration: Start ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, with a minimum of 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation.

Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes, with free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels.
