Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver standardized and customized administrative services to clients, continuously improving service satisfaction.
  • Manage office space planning, site selection, inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover, takeover, restoration, and lease termination processes.
  • Oversee the daily management and performance of the office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and provide a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
