Shopee Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud and Compliance. - Monitor the collection operation;
- Support the implementation of billing systems in Brazil
- Develop training strategy for operational staff
- Focus on process improvement
- Bring good knowledge management practices
- Leading team of coaches
- Working together with Quality and Processes areas
**Requirements**:
- Graduation degree;
- English at an advanced level;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Analytical ability;
- Experience in project management;
- Agility to work in a startup environment
