Mission & Vision Mission: To turn life into an interesting game Vision: To be one of the world leaders in the entertainment industry Location Global (remote work) Current Team 2 Affiliate Heads, 3 Affiliate Managers Requirements Experience in affiliate marketing, ideally with igaming (S2) offers Ability to find and onboard media buyers and webmasters Understanding of RevShare/Deposit Share/Fix mechanics Fluent in Portuguese and English Highly goal-oriented, proactive, and self-starting Preferred: Passion for CS2 and gaming, access to affiliate communities, Telegram groups, or traffic marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Recruit new affiliates across various traffic sources Build and maintain long-term partner relationships Monitor and optimize affiliate performance Identify new traffic opportunities and niches Support affiliates with resources and assistance Collaborate with product and analytics teams Report weekly on recruitment and performance metrics Tools & KPIs Tools: SimilarWeb, Telegram KPI: Recruit 20 partners per month What We Offer 24 days paid leave 100% paid sick leave Remote full-time work Long-term collaboration Sustainable business environment Work in a game and entertainment development company #J-18808-Ljbffr
