**Affiliates Manager**:
You will be managing affiliate partnerships in Brazil, responsible for building relationships and collaborations across online operations. You will be accountable for monitoring performance and traffic volumes brought by affiliate’s whilst handling non-performing affiliates accordingly to increase traffic and revenues.

- Understanding affiliates with direct market experience
- Speaking and writing in Portuguese & English
- 2+ years’ experience managing affiliation at online operations
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical and numbers driven
- Open and responsive problem-solving skills
- Experience from the iGaming industry is considered a plus

**A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Work with Betsson Group affiliate performance from a strategy and acquisition perspective.
- Develop and maintain negotiations and relationships with key affiliate partners and networks.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
- Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
- Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing campaigns through the affiliate network.
- Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns
- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners
- Work with the Brazil’s Marketing team to create go to market strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate business in Brazil.
- Work with the Brazilian CRM team to develop strategies in order to retain customers coming from the affiliate channel.
- Analyze affiliate customers and develop campaigns to incentivize activation of affiliate users.
- Represent Betsson Group affiliates at industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
