We are a dynamic leader in the iGaming industry, building a next-generation entertainment brand. We are looking for a data-driven Affiliate Manager with deep knowledge of the Brazil and Mexico iGaming ecosystems. The ideal candidate understands how to recruit high-quality, compliant affiliates, evaluate traffic integrity, and prevent CPA-abuse schemes such as fake sign-ups, fraudulent FTDs, bot traffic, and bonus hunters. This role manages the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid), ensuring sustainable player value and strong ROI.

Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Market Development:

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard affiliates who can operate legally in Brazil's regulated iGaming market and Mexico's regulatory framework.

· Validate affiliate reputation, historical performance, compliance status, and traffic sources before approval.

· Build long-term relationships with networks, influencers, media groups, and content publishers in Brazil and Mexico.

Fraud Prevention & Quality Control:

· Detect CPA-abuse practices including fake registrations, bot traffic, incentivized sign-ups, multi-accounting, and FTD fraud.

· Use analytics and tracking tools to confirm user legitimacy.

Performance Monitoring:

· Monitor KPIs: Registrations, FTD, Conversion Rates, NGR, ARPU, retention, and traffic stability.

· Optimize and adjust commercial deals based on partner performance.

Deal Negotiation & Commercial Modeling:

· Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid deals, and bonus structures.

· Assess affiliate ROI using CAC vs. LTV modeling and NGR contribution.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:

· Ensure all promotions follow Brazil's regulated-market rules and Mexico's SEGOB guidelines.

· Monitor affiliate advertising for responsible gaming and brand compliance.

Reporting & Forecasting:

· Produce weekly performance reports including fraud insights, ROI analysis, and scaling recommendations.

· Forecast monthly partner performance and expected traffic contributions.

Requirements:

· –7 years of experience in affiliate management or performance marketing.

· Strong knowledge of Brazil and Mexico affiliate ecosystems.

· Ability to detect fraudulent traffic

· Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; proficiency in English.

· Established network of affiliates in Brazil and Mexico.

· Experience handling CPA-abuse cases.

· This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at our Sao Paulo office three times per week
