Overview

Freelance SalesForce Expert - AI Trainer role at Mindrift. The Mindrift platform connects specialists with AI projects from major tech innovators. Our mission is to unlock the potential of Generative AI by tapping into real-world expertise from across the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Define data scope, structure, and taxonomy: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and relationships between them.
  • Ensure logical and business consistency of data: realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, typical scenarios across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.
  • Advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data, table relationships, and edge cases that may affect agent/model learning.
  • Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform, ensuring all entities, attachments, and metadata work correctly.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, versioning, API quirks, etc.).
  • Optionally, automate data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processes.
Requirements
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in any field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
  • Salesforce knowledge and Data Engineer / Data Analyst experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects and data structures (Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities, etc.) and Salesforce APIs.
  • You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
  • Our freelance role is fully remote; you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
