Creator Operations Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of Humor (Meme, Funny videos, Comedy etc.) or Emotion( Relationship,Status,Zodiac,Astrology etc) type of creators, formulate the overall operation plan and strategy, responsible for the growth, traffic, activeness and other indicators of creators;
- Understand the ecological supply and demand relationship of humor or emotion content, plan and implement the marketing plan for creators aiming at enhancing the high value of the platform, and improve the stickiness and creativity of creators on the platform;
- Responsible for the analysis of creators' consumption data ins-site and off-site, able to guide them to create and improve contents, optimize the idea of operation on the platform, and promote the growth of fans and traffic;
- Responsible for the maintenance of creator community and fan relationship operation, planning and conducting online and offline meetings/events, responsible for the effect of the campaign;
- Be good at insight into the needs and demand of creators, summarize daily feedback and information collection, identify priorities, timely follow up solutions, and improve the creators' satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in spoken English, experienced in creator & suer maintenance, training and education, or experience in MCN are preferred;
- Mastering the introduction of talent skills, community operation mechanism, with creators, Internet celebrities, talent organization resources is preferred;
- Familiar with humor or emotion field and content production, being creator or successful in social media account operation are preferred;
- Have experience in user and campaign operation, good at organizing and planning online and offline events, and pay attention to process management
- Good communication and business negotiation skills, strong ability to work under pressure, responsible;
- Good at analyzing and solving problems independently, coordinating and organizing internal and external resources, strong result-oriented consciousness, planning work plans and implementation according to schedule.
