API Software Developer We are seeking a highly skilled API Software Developer to join our team. As an API Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable, secure, and consumer-centric APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API design, including expertise in OpenAPI, SwaggerHub, and Azure API Management. They will adopt an API Design First Approach to define APIs before implementation, create API specifications that adhere to customer standards, and design and configure API policies using APIM. The successful candidate will develop mock APIs for early-stage validation and testing, perform unit testing of API specifications, and configure API backend settings within APIM. A strong understanding of security standards, including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect, and API key management best practices is essential. Familiarity with API testing frameworks and methodologies is also required.
