디노티시아 아키텍처팀은 차세대 인공지능 솔루션의 핵심 연산을 가속하기 위한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 포함하는 전체 시스템의 청사진을 그립니다. 우리는 워크로드에 대한 깊이 있는 분석과 선구적인 아이디어를 바탕으로 시스템의 근본적인 구조를 혁신합니다. 우리의 목표는 알고리즘, 소프트웨어, 하드웨어를 아우르는 종합적인 아키텍처 설계를 통해 고객에게 압도적인 성능과 효율성을 제공하는 것입니다. 우리는 ASIC 구현 경험과 업계 경험이 많지 않으시더라도 아키텍처 연구를 깊이 있게 하셔서 아키텍처 분야에 학술적으로 큰 기여를 하신 분을 찾고 있습니다.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Workload-driven Architecture Exploration: Vector DB, RAG, Agentic AI 등 핵심 워크로드와 알고리즘을 심도 있게 분석하여 성능 병목을 식별하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 아키텍처 가설을 수립합니다.
  • 성능, 전력, 비용 등 다양한 제약 조건 하에서 최적의 아키텍처를 탐색하고, 정량적인 데이터에 기반하여 구조의 타당성을 검증하고 개선 방향을 제시합니다.
  • System Architecture Definition: 분석 결과를 바탕으로, SoC의 구성요소와 소프트웨어 구성요소를 포함한 전체 시스템 아키텍처를 정의합니다.
  • 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 상호작용을 고려하여 최적의 인터페이스를 설계하고, Runtime, OS, 가상화 환경에서의 동작을 포함한 전체 시스템 관점의 구조를 정의합니다.
  • Security, Debug, RAS (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability) 등 시스템의 완성도를 높이기 위한 필수 아키텍처를 정의합니다.
  • Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis: C++/Python/SystemC 등을 이용하여 시스템 레벨의 성능 및 기능 모델(Performance/Functional Model)을 직접 개발하고, 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축합니다.
  • 개발된 모델을 기반으로 다양한 시나리오를 정의하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하여, 제안하는 아키텍처의 성능을 사전에 예측하고 잠재적 이슈를 분석합니다.
  • Continuous Research and Collaboration: 컴퓨터 아키텍처, 프로세서, AI 가속기 관련 최신 기술 및 논문 동향을 지속적으로 학습하고 내재화하여 우리 아키텍처에 반영합니다.
  • 사내 알고리즘, 소프트웨어, 하드웨어 설계 및 검증 전문가들과 긴밀하게 협업하며 아이디어를 구체화하고 제품 개발 전 과정에 기여합니다.
Basic Qualifications
  • 전기/전자/컴퓨터공학, 전산학 분야 석사 학위 이상 소지자 또는 학위 수여 예정자
  • 컴퓨터 아키텍처 분야에 대한 깊이 있는 학문적 배경과 이해
(필수) Top-tier 학회/저널 주저자 논문 게재 실적
  • 예시: ISCA, MICRO, ASPLOS, HPCA 등
  • Architecture 학회/저널이 아닌 Circuit Society 학회/저널이라면, Architecture 주제의 기여 포함 필요
  • C++/Python을 이용한 시스템 레벨 모델링 및 시뮬레이터 개발 능력
  • CPU, GPU 등 프로세서 구조, 메모리 시스템, 인터커넥트 등 컴퓨터 시스템 전반에 대한 명확한 이해
Preferred Qualifications
  • 컴퓨터 아키텍처 유관 분야 박사 학위 소지자
  • RAG, Vector DB 등 최신 AI 기술 및 워크로드에 대한 이해
  • 아키텍처-알고리즘-컴파일러 Co-optimization 연구 또는 프로젝트 경험
  • System Software, OS, 가상화(Virtualization) 기술 및 하드웨어와의 연관성에 대한 이해
  • RTL 설계 및 ASIC 구현 프로세스에 대한 이해 (직접적인 설계 경험이 없어도 무방)
  • 성능 분석 툴(Performance Profiling Tool) 사용 및 분석 경험
