Main responsibilities

Como Platform & Data Integration Engineer, você vai:

  • Ser owner do Kestra, garantindo evolução, boas práticas e governança de pipelines.
  • Desenvolver e manter integrações entre sistemas críticos (Magento, ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Suportar e evoluir a infraestrutura cloud AWS, incluindo serviços de integração, processamento e dados.
  • Automatizar processos, monitoramento e incident response para manter alta disponibilidade.
  • Trabalhar junto ao time de engenharia garantindo qualidade e eficiência nas entregas.
  • Propor melhorias de arquitetura e performance, com foco em escalabilidade e otimização de custos (FinOps).
Requirements and skills

Para isso, a gente espera que você tenha:

  • Forte experiência em plataformas de orquestração de dados/processos (Kestra, Airflow, Prefect ou similares).
  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend (PHP, Kotlin, Python ou similar), com foco em integrações e serviços.
  • Vivência com integração de sistemas (API REST, mensageria, ETL/ELT).
  • Experiência prática com cloud computing e automação (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD), especialmente AWS (ex: RDS, S3, Glue, Kinesis, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
  • Conhecimentos de banco de dados relacionais e não-relacionais.
  • Experiência em observabilidade e monitoramento (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog ou similares).
  • Capacidade de assumir ownership de áreas e liderar iniciativas técnicas.
  • Boa comunicação para alinhar entregas com áreas de negócio e pares técnicos.

Nos surpreenderia se tivesse:

  • Experiência em ambientes de e-commerce ou alta transacionalidade.
  • Vivência com ecossistema de dados na AWS (Athena, Redshift, EMR, Databricks, Quicksight).
  • Conhecimentos em FinOps e otimização de custos de cloud.
  • Experiência com LGPD/segurança de dados.
  • Familiaridade com Kubernetes.
