Job Title: AI Expert - Search and Retrieval

The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, and optimize large-scale retrieval systems for search applications. This will involve working on backend features, building and training machine learning models, and deploying them to production environments.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional in the field of artificial intelligence and search technology. If you have expertise in search engineering, experience with OpenSearch, and a strong background in Python development, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable search systems using OpenSearch and other relevant technologies
  • Build and train machine learning models for search and retrieval applications
  • Deploy models to non-prod environments and collaborate with DevOps teams for production rollout

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of search technology, including OpenSearch and related tools
  • 2+ years of Python development experience, including API creation, model training, and general backend programming
  • Familiarity with LangChain for building LLM workflows using tools, memory, and retrieval

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure (IAM, VPC, S3, etc.)
  • Exposure to RAG architectures, specifically textual RAG use cases
