Technical Account Management Apprentice (Hybrid, BRA) As a Technical Account Management Apprentice at CrowdStrike, you’ll make a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. This is a paid apprenticeship designed to provide exposure to work that makes an impact while being supported through a structured experience with seasoned professionals. Location: Remote - BRA / Hybrid - São Paulo. What You’ll Do Assisting the CS Operations team in report creation and analysis Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness Developing communications and digital content to engage customers Working on pilot programs for major initiatives Creating customer facing health checks and reports What You'll Need This program falls under Brazil’s Apprentice Law 10.097/00, which requires candidates to be under 24 years old An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your apprenticeship field Although CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission.
