Associate Software Support Technician Location: Brooklin, São Paulo, Brazil – Full Time – Posted Today About the Team The Technical Care team offers comprehensive support to Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers across a diverse range of hardware and software products. We assist customers in supporting patients, enhancing quality of sleep and overall quality of life for users of our sleep therapy devices. This team is known for high collaboration and continuous growth, fostering an environment of continuous development for each member. About the Role The primary role of the Technical Support function is to provide technical & engineering support to customers, support agents & internal teams. Key deliverables include taking ownership of customer queries on ResMed products, researching solutions, and responding promptly while maintaining the highest quality. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer tickets, calls, and emails. Provide solution support for existing clients, gathering customer information and determining issues by evaluating symptoms; redirect problems to the appropriate support resource. Foster strong customer relationships. Multi‑task, prioritize, and organize all calls and emails. Document all technical inquiries and customer‑reported problems in the ticketing system, including the nature of the support inquiry and the recommended resolution. Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule (if required). Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices. Adhere to the pre‑defined schedule (Workforce Management). Work autonomously with periodic check‑ins from leadership. Provide remote or on‑site hardware/software installations of ResMed products. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment. Minimum 2 years of experience in a technology environment – software/hardware background.
