About the role

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee real-time monitoring and tracking of drilling operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Execution of hydraulic, torque, and drag simulations to improve drilling operations.
  • Managing and analyzing KPIs, implementing continuous improvements to enhance operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate in the planning and implementation of preventive measures to reduce operational risks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align optimization strategies with company goals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Drilling Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in drilling optimization and monitoring.
  • Advanced knowledge in drilling simulation tools and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing complex operational issues.
