**Job Summary**
Content analyst is responsible for the development of content in educational objects following methodology and pre-defined strategy.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop the content of the trainings;
- Make the analysis of technical information necessary for the development, with the Service Analyst or Supervisor;
- Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the past briefing;
- Develop support materials such as: lesson plan, handouts, instructor's manual, learning assessment instruments and test questions;
- Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary.
- Report: Reports to the supervisor.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Education: Degree in Journalism, Literature, Marketing, Advertising or Pedagogy.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is essential. This includes grammar, spelling and writing style.
- Previous experience or knowledge of developing training content.
- Solid writing and editing skills. This includes the ability to create clear, concise and engaging texts for different audiences.
- Knowledge of authoring tools.
- Although it is not necessary to be a professional graphic designer, understanding basic design concepts (such as layout, typography and colors) is useful for creating visually appealing content.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and technological advances in the field of telecommunications.
- Proactivity and curiosity: Ability to carry out effective research to find relevant and up-to-date information on telecommunications, customer service and customer experience. Willingness to constantly research, learn and innovate.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage content development projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and materials are delivered on schedule.
- Lifelong Learning: willingness to learn and assimilate new information quickly, keeping up to date with changes and advances in the field of telecommunications and home automation.
- Teamwork: working in collaboration with other team members, such as designers, developers and DIs. Communication and teamwork skills are important.
