Finance Analyst Jr. Brazil

We are looking for a Jr. Finance Analyst to join our team in Sao Paulo (PPRO’s biggest office in Latam).
While supporting the Finance Operations area, you will have the opportunity to interact with several internal areas and also with our providers.

**What will you be doing**:
- You will be part of the Financial Operations team, supporting the reconciliation process and providing a faster solution for unmatching transactions. In this role your main tasks will be:
- Prepare, compare, identify, analyze, and resolve differences in Transactions and Cash Collection.
- Second Level response for customer claims, supporting the CRM and SAC areas.
- Interact and support Project’ and Finance’ managers based in Europe, Asia and the US.
- Keep financial controls, dashboards and KPI’s updated.
- Support Accounting and Reporting team with information.
**You’ll need to have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics.
- Requires 1-2 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting, with an ideally a good background in Reconciliations.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL and Python is a differential.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites.
- In-deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ease of handling different systems and processes.
- Advanced Spanish and English (Ability to conduct presentations and meetings in English is crucial).
- Analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to work within fixed and short timeframes, especially in month end closure.
