Purpose Reporting to our Head of Operations, you will lead the local quality function (control and systems) to ensure product quality, drive quality improvement, foster the right mindset, and enhance customer satisfaction at the site level. Core Responsibilities Lead a local quality team and manage talents. As QC/QM Team Manager, manage and improve shop floor quality and technology driven by regional global policy, and implement local Vendor and Customer Quality programs aligned with global regional policy. Identify and drive opportunities for local QC/QM improvement. Oversee local/regional projects and enable knowledge/best practices sharing. Manage change processes relevant to the job function driven by global policy. Academic Background Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields. OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related, with post-graduate studies in Food-related disciplines. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of function-related experience, including at least 2 years in an equivalent position. Technical Skills Good project management skills and experience with project management techniques. Solid understanding of relevant onsite QIC, FC&A, and Ops processes (such as Ingredient lifecycle management, Vendor Quality, Customer Quality requirements, Specification and Formula management, etc.). Knowledge of continuous improvement, complaint, issue and crisis management, industrialization, audit, and change management. Broad knowledge of Givaudan's order fulfillment, brief management, regulatory, and innovation processes (IDDC). Good understanding of Givaudan's manufacturing technologies and product characteristics (such as liquids, spray drying, powder blending, etc.). Solid knowledge of Givaudan's main IT systems (such as Atlas, Athena, FPR, SAP, etc.). Good understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems (such as FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, HACCP).
