As an interviewer, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates’ problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.This is a freelance, remote role with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.Collaborate with the Flocareer team to continuously improve interview frameworks.Who We’re Looking ForWe are hiring experienced Software Developers, Engineers, and Technical Leads residing in LATAM with expertise in one or more of the following domains:Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)Python Developers (Django, Fast API, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs). NET Developers (. NET Core, ASP.
