Responsibilities

Contribute to challenging and meaningful projects by developing high-quality applications that stand out in the market. Collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where team opinions and efforts are valued. Promote continuous learning, personal growth, and professional development within the team. Deliver on commitments and work with clients to understand their goals and needs.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above.
  • Experience with: Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
  • Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
  • Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
  • Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS is a bonus.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
  • Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
