What We Are Looking For

• Contribute to challenging and meaningful projects, developing high-quality applications that stand out in the market.
• Collaborate with team members and work with modern technologies.
• Take ownership over your work, ensuring estimates and processes are met in collaboration with the team.
• Identify client goals and deliver on commitments to them and the team.

• 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above.
• Experience with Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
• Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
• Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
• Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
• Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
• Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
