Se você tiver o perfil alinhado com esta oportunidade, candidate-se aqui Principais Responsabilidades Avaliar e subscrever propostas de seguros de Consumer Lines, como seguros Celular, Garantia Estendida, Perda/Roubo de Cartão, Pix, Residencial, Vida, Prestamista e Travel. Experiencia com seguro de Danos é um diferencial. Analisar informações de risco, histórico de sinistros e outros dados relevantes para tomar decisões de subscrição. Garantir que as decisões de subscrição estejam alinhadas às políticas internas, diretrizes regulatórias e apetite de risco da empresa. Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com parceiros e fornecer suporte técnico e comercial. Identificar oportunidades de crescimento no portfólio de Consumer Lines, propondo ajustes em produtos, preços e estratégias de subscrição. Monitorar o desempenho do portfólio, analisando métricas como sinistralidade, rentabilidade e retenção de clientes. Colaborar com equipes internas, como Produtos, Portfolio Management e vendas para criar soluções que atendam às necessidades dos clientes. Atuar como mentor para subscritores juniores, compartilhando conhecimentos e boas práticas. Qualifications Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Atuária, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas. Experiência comprovada em subscrição de seguros, preferencialmente em seguros de bens. Conhecimento avançado sobre produtos de seguros de Consumer Lines e regulamentações do setor. Habilidade analítica para avaliar riscos e tomar decisões fundamentadas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e em equipe, com foco em resultados. Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados, linguagem de programação Python e SQL diferencial. Inglês e/ou Espanhol fluente mandatório.
