Job Title: Financial Institutions Partnership Director We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our partnerships with major financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment businesses and cross-border fund movements. Key Responsibilities: Build strategic relationships with financial institutions in respective regions/business lines, driving business collaborations to enhance services for B2B verticals and merchant growth. Develop and execute channel partnership strategies through identifying potential partners, negotiating, closing deals, implementing, and managing complex engagements. Ensure project deliverables are executed with quality and on time. Review process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and drive payment optimization. Manage partnerships to review success factors and hold periodic meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen, and new products/features. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience working with local financial institutions or payment channel industries. In-depth knowledge of local regulations and compliance regarding payment businesses and cross-border fund movements. Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development. Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries. Solid interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, enjoying a fast-paced dynamic environment.
