Be responsible for developing, maintaining a strategy, and managing a Category Excellence Team to source a competitive and cost-effective limited portfolio of raw materials across all manufacturing plants, in accordance with GP policies and procedures, while meeting financial and non-financial targets. Responsibilities/Description:
Excellent procurement experience in responsible products and working in a matrix environment. Recognized expert with product knowledge and contacts in key supply markets. Strong knowledge of business practices, financial concepts, and procurement best practices. Expertise in AT Kearney 7-step strategic sourcing methodology for global sourcing. Knowledge of global procurement policies. Experience with Ariba e-sourcing and project management. Strong project management, leadership, and presentation skills;
people managementexperience required. Certifications such as CPSM or SPSM in supply chain or procurement excellence. Experience in developing and managing supplier relationships globally. Engaging cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Creation, Production, Quality, etc. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact globally. Proven ability to plan and manage complex projects and lead through influence in matrix organizations. Representation skills for external engagement. Talent leveraging, influence, and team dynamics management skills. Ability to handle ambiguity and explain it to others;
coaching and mentoringcapabilities. Ability to motivate, engage, and challenge organizational members. Fostering a learning environment and sharing knowledge actively. Providing guidance and coaching across departments. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, >
10 years of experience,>
