Strategic IT Infrastructure Leader

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and operational success of our IT infrastructure initiatives and daily operations. This individual will manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and leadership capabilities to manage both projects and ongoing operational stability. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management within an IT infrastructure environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex initiatives. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and data center operations. Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable. Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving and Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
