Lead Inspector

Lead Inspector - Well Head role at SGS . We have an urgent requirement for Lead Inspector. Person should have good years of experience in Well Head Equipment in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Manufacturing of well completion equipment shall cover, but not be limited to:

• Material certificate review
• Materials, welding, heat treatment, inspections/NDE, preservation, FAT and packing.
• Threading inspection
• Relevant materials as per relevant standards in Appendix E
• Quality assurance levels Level 1, HPHT equipment
• For HPHT and new type of equipment, hold points related to level 2 below for pre-assembly verification and for witness of assembly/functional testing. Level 2, Standard equipment
• For standard equipment (Not new equipment or HPHT equipment) over 690 bar and 150 degrees Celsius deliveries, Company will base its inspection principle on final inspection and third party documentation review at the manufacturing plant prior to shipment.
• Inspection and verification of FAT testing prior to shipping equipment offshore by the license Level 3, Non-critical equipment
• This level is for equipment mounted under the production packer that will not be a barrier element and is not operations critical or new design. i.e., screens, bull-nose, swell packers, x-overs, gravel pack equipment, window systems. For such equipment random TPI will be executed based on statistical methods. Typically this can be 100% TPI for the first orders of an equipment type from one manufacturing facility (same as Level 2). Then 10% TPI for the following orders assuming the first orders show an acceptable quality level.
