Job Description

Sweden needs skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will help find engineers ready to move to Sweden. Your job involves building trust with suitable candidates and informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as our Swedish delivery management team, which handles relocation matters for our consultants.

We support our employees with visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, and other related fields.

Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues worldwide. You will be part of an efficient team characterized by joy, trust, and professionalism.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset.
  • High-quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work.
  • Responsive and responsible with an appropriate appearance.
Work Details

Start ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur for at least 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation.

Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes, with maintained payment during national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels, housing, and per diem.
