Responsibilities
  • Find engineers with a solid network of local IT talent and actively engage them for opportunities in Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and assist with relocation logistics.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation-related practicalities (visa, permits, housing, tickets, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and motivated; resilient and able to handle rejection.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive, responsible, with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
  • Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months; eight hours of effective work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.
  • Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
