Responsibilities
Work closely with Account Managers to identify needs, seek, attract, interview, and qualify candidates for specific roles.
Develop, drive, and execute sourcing strategies to recruit candidates and build/cultivate a talent pool of industry-leading professionals.
Extensive contact with candidates via phone, email, and in person.
Utilize your network, job sites, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates according to our requirements.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
Recruit IT professionals and place them in high-level technical positions across various client companies.
Become an expert in your candidate portfolio and be able to sell the full range of our services.
Requirements and Skills
Complete or ongoing higher education.
Previous experience in goal-oriented environments.
Prior experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
Proactive professional, good team relationship, self-managed, eager to learn.
Advanced English proficiency.
