Job Overview

As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our team to understand client needs and position requirements, leveraging their expertise in sourcing and recruiting to drive results.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client companies and specific job positions by working closely with the Account Manager.
  • Utilize various professional platforms to source and identify potential candidates, including LinkedIn.
  • Craft personalized emails and InMails to engage and attract candidates, showcasing their skills and experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and assessments as needed, providing expert insight and guidance.

Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a technical recruiter role at a recruitment agency, proven experience sourcing software engineers for startups, excellent communication skills in English, and a post-secondary degree in any field. Bonus points for coding experience or a degree in Computer Science or related field.
