Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the organization's goals and ensuring the recruitment process efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Tools and processes: Utilize tools and processes in recruitment with full independence. Stay up-to-date with recruitment technologies and leverage them to enhance the user experience.- Proactively suggest and propose improvements to current tools, processes and practices. Support team members and share knowledge cross-vertical. Understand POP processes outside of Talent Acquisition domain.-
- Take over impactful positions and work on new talent markets from scratch.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with a large diversity of hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and ensure effective collaboration throughout the hiring process.- Onboard new hiring managers and implement improvements. Cover multiple Divisions, Departments and Verticals.- Act as a trusted advisor and promote talent acquisition topics.- Talent Acquisition Program/ Project Management: Develop comprehensive plan for talent acquisition program or project. Lead execution in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.- Employer Branding: Understand and promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.- Collaborate with internal or external partners to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.- Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the end-to-end selection process, TA programs or projects.- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and adjust processes accordingly.- Industry Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in talent acquisition strategies. **Requirements**:
- Experience handling full recruitment cycle.- Proficient in English B2 or above level is required- Spanish proficiency is a plus- Hybrid work model (3 days at the office per week)- Dynamic and receptive to people
