Job Title: Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced team lead to join our organization in a key role. As a leader of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, managing a team of recruiters, and driving business results.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition. They will also have the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with social networks and professional platforms
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Interview scheduling and communication management
  • Supporting onboarding activities and generating scheduled/ad-hoc reports
  • Leading and following up with the existing team of recruiters

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience or agency recruiting (mandatory)
  • BPO industry experience
  • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel + PowerPoint)
  • Hybrid Modality availability (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of team management experience (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Trilingual: Portuguese, English, Spanish (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • English and/or Spanish language proficiency
