This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our HR team in Curitiba, focusing on structuring and optimizing large-scale Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure quick and accurate hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Talent Acquisition efforts with a focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Map and implement improvements in recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Manage KPIs and ensure the quality of the selection process.
  • Develop and lead the HR team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (retail, logistics, industry, etc.).
  • Leadership experience as an HR manager, coordinator, or specialist.
  • Good communication skills, business acumen, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, metrics, and indicators.
Offerings
  • Salarial range: R$14,000 to R$18,000 + benefits.
  • Dynamic environment with autonomy and room for innovation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree (Specialization/MBA).
