Job Title: Senior Creative Acquisition Director
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Acquisition Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to drive acquisition marketing campaigns across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising principles, experience in creating high-performing ad concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing a team of designers, providing creative direction, and ensuring that all assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative strategies to drive acquisition marketing campaigns
- Manage a team of designers and provide creative direction
- Ensure that all assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on high-performing ad campaigns
- 3+ years of senior-level design experience, with at least 1 year of people management experience preferred
- Deep understanding of advertising principles and experience in creating high-performing ad concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of designers
