Senior Creative Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Creative Lead to spearhead our design initiatives and drive innovative solutions that meet the highest standards.

This key role involves leading a team of designers to deliver high-quality designs across various channels, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in branding, visual design, marketing design, and web design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive design strategies aligned with business goals
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform design decisions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine project requirements
  • Ensuring timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in design leadership or senior design roles
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact designs that drive results
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
