We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of legendary e-commerce companies and digital experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative individual to develop their skills and grow with our organization. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet the needs of our clients and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of what drives converting creative on each client's marketing channels and execute designs within established best practices.
- Execute and maintain multiple design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all creative collateral, reflecting a client brand's identity and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with other creative and marketing team members for daily approvals and feedback to ensure high-quality work that accurately represents the client brand.
- Systematically approach design by conducting research, gathering references, and ensuring visual cohesion across client marketing initiatives.
- Design landing pages using UI/UX best practices and design systems in Figma and Builder.io, collaborating with project managers and developers to deliver web design initiatives.
- Communicate essential information to relevant team members throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

Hard Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in branding & identity, typography, and web design.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
- 2+ years of proven design experience (preferably within an agency or design studio).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite is non-negotiable.

Soft Skills:
- Kindness, respect, and humility required.
- Highly creative individual with attention to detail and ability to execute comfortably in various styles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and translating project requirements into compelling designs.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
